We had a great stay. The location was perfect. Everything was a close walk down a nice trail to town which made it feel more private and quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub and the kitchen was well equipped.

Great spot for our family to share together. A little tight at the kitchen table for 6 people but otherwise it couldn't have been better. One word of advice: Bring eye covers if you plan to sleep in at all. The amazing light in the primary bedroom has many windows. Unfortunately, the high windows fill the room with light far earlier than we had anticipated.

We really enjoyed our time at the house. It's at the end of the drive, so it's pretty private with the woods adjacent to it. Everything is as expected and the hot tub was great! One thing to note, and perhaps I missed it, but the airport's flight path is right over the house, so you'll hear smaller planes coming and going through-out the day (never early morning or late in the day). Was not a big deal since we were exploring during the day, but it's noticeable. Otherwise, the house was very comfortable for our family of four.

This is a charming cabin! Just minutes to Doe Bay and Obstruction Pass (both incredibly beautiful) and to Olga, we loved staying in this part of the island. The house felt warm and inviting. Soft clean linens and plush towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of living space inside. The outside was lovely and looked just like the photos, and we enjoyed the fire pit while listening to the stream babble beside us. The kids were excited to find several frogs and we loved stargazing at night. Larry was an excellent host! He anticipated several of our needs and proactively communicated offering additional items when he thought they might be helpful. We felt well cared for and highly recommend a stay at this cozy cabin!

Super great kid-friendly place, has everything you need well stocked. We came with family from out of town and we were able to get into town easily walking, to the beach, and had so much fun exploring the beautiful area. Lots of wildlife, and the hot tub was a hit. Would absolutely come back!

Perfect for our family! The whole place was exceptionally clean. Kids had ample things to do at the house, including exploring the woods. The house is private, but close to town and great hiking. Would stay here again!

An absolute gem right in the middle of everything on Orcas Island. We loved this place and Lawrence has checked all the boxes. Super well stocked and cozy details throughout- we would stay here a million more times. Hope to return someday and thank you for a gorgeous little escape!

This cozy cabin was exactly what our family needed. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we could finally breathe — no distractions, no noise, just trees, fresh air, and each other. The host was fantastic — communicative, helpful, and made the whole process effortless from booking to checkout. It was clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. The location is ideal for exploring the best of Orcas Island. We loved being so close to both Moran State Park and Obstruction Pass State Park — incredible hiking, stunning views, and that unmistakable PNW magic just minutes away. If you’re looking to disconnect from the world and reconnect with the people who matter most, this is the place. We left feeling restored and already talking about when we can come back
